Jalandhara Bandh

‘Jal’ means net or cluster of nadis ‘dhara’ means mass of flowing fluid.
Jalandhar Bandh is the practice of physical lock of throat that controls the network of Nadis in the neck & holds the nector of fluid flowing down to Vishuddhi from Bindu, and prevents it from falling into the digestive fir.
